Walther´s wild whales

A wild whales safari -where else if not in .....Amsterdam :)))

To my duch friends Arjen,Adrie&Marie,William and not least René: take care:)!!

Amsterdam´s waters abounds with nasty whales, aka  ''Amsterdam´s vandals''!

So they are , according to Jan Hilmar, in one of the absolutely best songs for

kids ''Whalter´s wild whales'' ! For the beginners in danish language and not just

for them : turn  up the volume for danish at its very best and let´s see just how

quickly you can say:

''Vilde hvaler volder Walther voldsomme kvaler''

Jan Hilmar - ''Walthers vilde hvaler''

Så, let´s see,
hvor hurtigt kan du sige:

''Vilde hvalder volder Walther voldsomme kvaler'':)))))??!?

Dragi prieteni, draga lume, ocoliti canalele Amsterdamului zilele astea ,

IF - surrender

All sorrows, pain and sadness are surrendering in the front

of a new life. Here is the hope, the joy, here is the''tomorow''.

And here is the invitation I´ve made for my friends´s little Stefan,

whose baptising will take place on February 26.

Being the first post of this year, I wish you all

a Wonderful 2011!

Dear everybody

IF-'paisley',couldn´t fit better! If you will scroll down a bit, you´ll

see that all my swallows got one on their back:)! So,as you can see,

soon will come a new children´s book in town: ''Stories for smart

kids'' (however,it is just for romanian kids,he,he) with lyrics by

Karina Muresanu Vlad, who kindly invited the ''Artist''

here named to illustrate it:))

Lume, lume!

''Lumen'':)).

New Year in Denmark

This was the (final version )New Year´s postcard I´ve made for the language school I attend.Below you can see also the start point drawing.

It pass through many transformations in order to give the right feel and message(thanks once again to my friend and classmate,Monalisa, for her precious help!).I don´t exagerate if I say it was a really great and fun experience and a chance to learn, big time!

Like, just for example, the fact that an official greeting card, involve more formalities and nuances than I thought about before. But I agree with what Margot Hansen, institution´s headmaster annotate and this is the reason why,the girl from the original draw get a more neutral-androgine character as well as the original message:'' Merry Christmas'',wrote in many different languages inside the danish flag-like wrapped-heart,became ''Happy New Year''. We are there,a mega- mixture of nations,races,social-statute and religions(this international atmosphere is something I´ll really miss later). The New Year rather than Christmas is something more meaningful, neutral or better said''available'' for everybody regardless religion or culture. So this was:))

Happy New Year 2009!!

The very First Day of the year, come with 2 more ''clandestine presents''

hidden under the courtain!

Godt Nytår!

Rambunctious-II

The Time

Illo for a winter story:

''The girl who ask for Time''

''-You pretend you know me?asked Time the litlle girl. You are too young to know what The TIME means!''

I wanted actually to use this illo for IFs ''pretend''.I must say I´m not sure I get right the meaning of being ''rambunctious'' as my dictionary present a less active image, in definition:))

Let it snow!(II)
